It's sad to say for those who live out on the country side, rural areas or needing a session that is done out on a remote location ( eg. wedding ceremony ), then a travel fee will be charged. Locations that extend 30 minutes of travel will be charged 50% p/hr. of fuel consumption.

If the photographer does not have the required equipment in his arsenal, an equipment hire fee will be added to total service cost.

What additional fees do I have to look out for?

Wait time varies depending on your project as every shoot is different whether it is commercial or weddings etc. On average a 2 hour shoot can 1 - 3 days compared to a 10 hour shoot which could take up to 3 - 7 days on average. Please know this is not a set time delivery.

How long once I receive the images?

As you might know there's a mix and match of how photographers transfer images. This can either be in bulk or individual. For my case I shoot bulk but it doesn't go to say I don't provide individual sets if that better caters to your preference.

If you so happen to choose this option overall pricing will be reduced. It means less editing time as well as lessening service price and you're receiving the specifically selected photographs that you were satisfied with.

For bulk transfer I try and deliver between 50 - 75 photographs. Please do not take this as a fixed number as all projects varies depending in on how long sessions are done and what type of photography is being serviced.

How many images do I receive?

Digital media (via Google Drive or Pixiset). Additional cost to keep images live permanently ($10 AUD)
Hard copy (via USB or hard drive). Additional cost varies depending on storage size of USB/hard drive, unless storage is supplied by the client which will result in no additional costs
Both Digital media & hard copy delivery option. Additional costs might occur by the following delivery option 1 & 2 above
Printed format available for request

*NOTE ALL MEDIA DELIVERED DIGITALLY WILL BE REMOVED AFTER 3 MONTHS but this excludes package deals. So make sure to have images either downloaded onto your own devices or moved into a personal folder to be kept.

How are my photographs sent?

Package information

The packages differs from regular bookings, as the flat rate is fixed $175 AUD compared to the normal $200 p/hr ( portraiture / personal ), $250 p/hr ( Commercial / real-estate / boudoir ) and $300 p/hr ( weddings ).

Package flat rate applies to all session preferences (e.g. portraiture, commercial, wedding, boudoir etc.) and the 3 given session times ( 2hrs, 5hrs and 10hrs).

To sweeten the package even further, you'll get the option of having your photographs kept live permanently unless you have chosen to receive them by hard copy (USB/Hard drive), then you'll be provided a free hardcopy of all your stored photographs free of charge.

Please know packages can not be used multiple times at once. Accepting 1 package per session.
